The above picture shows the DFL gubernatorial candidates who back a single-payer health plan for Minnesota. Pictured from left to right are Paul Thissen, Margaret Anderson Kelliher, John Marty, Tom Bakk, Tom Rukavina and Mark Dayton. Don't they all look nice in medical garb? I don't think I'd want them operating on me, though. Except for Mark Dayton, who actually had experience in the OR at the old Abbot Hospital in Minneapolis back in the 1960's when he was an orderly. Kudos to these six candidates for caring about the health of all Minnesotans. Thumbs down to the candidates who do not support it. Click here for original article.
